North Korean hackers are believed to have stolen a large amount of classified military documents, including a South Korean-U.S. plan to “decapitate” its leadership, according to South Korean media. South Korea is ready to deploy graphite bombs that can paralyse North Korea’s power grid in the event of a nuclear war.
